I was surprised this morning while doing my routine weekly update/upgrade
~$ sudo pkgin update Password: processing remote summary (http://ftp.fr.NetBSD.org/pub/pkgsrc/packages/NetBSD/amd64/8.0 pkgin: Could not fetch http://ftp.fr.NetBSD.org/pub/pkgsrc/packages/NetBSD/amd64/8.0/All
A repo change took place yesterday and packages are now at http://ftp.fr.NetBSD.org/pub/pkgsrc/packages/NetBSD/amd64/8.0_2018Q2/All instead of http://ftp.fr.NetBSD.org/pub/pkgsrc/packages/NetBSD/amd64/8.0/All
I couldn’t find any announcement regarding this change
EDIT: I don’t use IRC, so have no idea if it was announced there, but nothing in www.netbsd.org, pkgin.net or mail-index.netbsd.org
Anyway, everything is fixed on my system (edited /usr/pkg/etc/pkgin/repositories.conf).
Just wondering if this is normal behaviour, as I’m new to any BSD.
